Pastor Mariana Vanstipelen is the pastor and founder of Shekinah Evangelical Church in the Netherlands, a ministry dedicated to revival, deliverance, healing, and the transformative love of Jesus Christ. Her life of service began in 1991, when she dedicated her life to Christ while completing her first Master’s degree at the University of Windhoek, Namibia.
Immediately after her conversion, she joined the deliverance-focused Bible school, Faith Clinic, where, by the grace of God, she was anointed as a “Rock” after the order of Peter’s commission.
Pastor Mariana is deeply passionate about spreading the Gospel to the nations. Her missionary work has taken her across 11 African countries, including Angola, Namibia, South Africa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Liberia, and Cameroon.
In 1997, she arrived in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, as a young minister, committed to strengthening the body of Christ through church planting, deliverance ministry, and spiritual restoration.
Throughout Europe, Pastor Mariana ministers regularly in cities across the Netherlands and is currently based in Maastricht. She also preaches frequently in London, Germany, and Belgium.
Fluent in eight languages, she believes this divine gift enables her to reach people from diverse nations in a more personal and spiritually nourishing way.
In 2026, Pastor Mariana Vanstipelen was officially recognized as the Official Ambassador of Christ in Limburg through SKIN (Samen Kerk In Nederland), acknowledging her spiritual leadership and ministry impact.
Under her leadership, Shekinah Evangelical Church supports orphanages in Kenya, Cameroon, and Uganda, extending its mission beyond the pulpit.
Pastor Mariana is married and a devoted mother of two children, both actively involved in ministry from a young age.
In July 2017, she received the Impartation Award of the All Stars Europe Minister Award from the House of Refuge Ministry in the Netherlands.
Since October 2021, she has worked with the Jethro Foundation, training pastors in Central Africa through seminars and conferences.
Since June 2022, she has served as Vice Chair of Femmes en Mission Mondiale (FMM), supporting women and children in vulnerable situations.
She also founded Help The Needy (HTN) in the Netherlands, offering support to those struggling with poverty, loneliness, and emotional hardship through community programs and outreach.
Pastor Mariana holds two Master’s degrees and has worked with organizations such as Hewlett Packard, Swift, Ricoh, and Elsevier. She is also certified in Database Administration.
As an author, her works include Heaven of a Good Marriage, The Creative Power of Prayer, Happy Christian, and Maintaining the Marriage Covenant.
She is actively involved in translating Christian literature distributed across more than 100 countries, including works by Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills.
Above all, Pastor Mariana’s life is a testimony of unwavering faith, compassion, and dedication to the Kingdom of God.

In Europe, Pastor Mariana preaches regularly in cities throughout the Netherlands, and she is currently based in Maastricht. She also preaches regularly in London, Germany, and Belgium. She is fluent in eight languages and believes that God has gifted her with these languages to reach His people in a more nourishing way.
Shekinah Evangelical Church supports orphanages in Kenya, Cameroon, and Uganda. The church’s vision is to bring revival and liberation together with God in the Netherlands and worldwide. They believe that loving God and helping people is the essence of their existence and are passionate about reaching people with the love of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Mariana is married and a mother of two children who have been involved in the ministry from a young age.

Since October 2021, Pastor Mariana has been working with the Jethro Foundation, enabling her to travel regularly to Central Africa for seminars and conferences to train pastors and ministers of the fivefold ministries of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Since June 2022, Pastor Mariana has been working as Vice Chair with the association Femmes en Mission Mondiale (FMM) to support abandoned children and women dealing with violence and abuse.
In addition to her church work, she founded the charity ‘Help The Needy’ in the Netherlands, which supports people struggling with debt, loneliness, and depression.
HTN organizes weekly meals, concerts, children’s programs, and listening sessions, and offers counseling, spiritual therapy, deliverance and healing, and gives hope to depressed and oppressed people, lonely people of all ages, asylum seekers, and people with a minimum income.
Mariana holds two Master’s degrees and worked for two years at the Spanish Embassy in Ivory Coast. She studied Computer Science in Amsterdam and became certified in Database Administration. She has worked at Hewlett Packard and the School of Computing in Amsterdam and has received extensive training and diplomas in Database Administration from Siebel and Oracle. Her professional experience includes positions at Swift, Ricoh, and Elsevier, among others.
Pastor Mariana is an accomplished author with many books to her name, including *Heaven of a Good Marriage*, which offers 70 keys to a successful marriage, *The Creative Power of Prayer*, and *Happy Christian*.
Pastor Mariana is involved in translating Christian literature with a team of dedicated Christian translators in Sarajevo. These books are sent to organizations in more than 100 countries and provide valuable information about faith, moral principles, the church, and ministries, and offer advice and guidance for Christian events and training opportunities.
Her translation team has worked on the translation of various books into multiple languages, including:
“Valuable” by Prof. Laura (translated from English to French) and
50 books by Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills (translated from English to Dutch).
